You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Mon Sac customer support to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may be considered a breach of these Terms.

We maintain detailed records of:

• Order confirmations
• Payment authorization
• Shipping and delivery confirmation
• Customer communications

These records may be submitted to financial institutions in the event of a dispute.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

If your payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Mon Sac is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier
