Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using STM Web Design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

STM Web Design provides freelance web and application development services, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile application development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Custom software development
  • UI/UX design
  • Maintenance and support

Project Terms

Proposals & Contracts

All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and cost. A signed contract is required before work commences.

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on client feedback, revisions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
  • Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
  • Making timely payments
  • Providing access to necessary systems and accounts

Intellectual Property

Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. STM Web Design retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or code libraries used in the project.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Warranties & Limitations

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or platforms
  • Bug fixes are provided for 30 days post-launch
  • Major updates or changes after delivery are billed separately

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Client is responsible for payment of all work completed
  • Partial deliverables may be provided at our discretion
  • Deposits are non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

STM Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
